What is the Trash pickup day?
Texas Pride Disposal picks up trash /recycle on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Is Parking on the Street allowed?
No street parking allowed. We have many walkers and bike riders in our neighborhood and cars in the street pose a safety hazard. Guests are to park in the visitor parking areas. Towing is enforced.
WHEN IS HOA MEETING HELD?
Annual meetings are held the third Wednesday in January. Quarterly meetings will be held April, July, and October. Notices will be emailed to homeowners.
How can I reserve Cabana?
If you have over 8 guests, a cabana reservation is required. Cabana reservation is only for the cabana area; pool and bathrooms are always open to residents. Please submit a request on TownSq.
The pool is cleaned on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Where do I find my community's architectural modification request form?
Visit TownSq and log in using your account credentials. If you are not registered, you can sign up using your HOA account number and property zip code.
Once logged in, select the "Architectural Review" feature from the left-hand side menu. Click on “Submit Project” and fill in the necessary details about your project. You can upload any files or pictures during this process, which is strongly encouraged. After completing the form, click “Save” at the top right of the screen to submit the project for review.
I recently submitted and ACC Application. Do I need to do anything further?
I recently submitted an architectural modification request for the committee’s review. Do I need to do anything further at this time?
If you have not received a reply to your ACC Application within 10 business days of the submission date, please contact your Community Manager to check the status of your application. ACC has up to 30 days after they have a competed application to approve or deny.
How can I pay my association fees?
For your convenience, we offer several payment options:

Option 2: online payment on www.TownSq.io
TownSq offers both ACH and debit/credit card payment options. When making credit card payments online, there is a $1.50 convenience fee plus 3.5% of the total payment amount. This fee is based on your assessment. When making a payment via e-check, there is a $1.50 convenience fee.
Option 3: Bank Bill Pay Service - If you use a bill payment service that automatically makes payments for you, please change the name of the payee and the address for payment to the PO Box address referenced above. You will need to note your account number («Acct») and association code (HEBT) in the memo section of your check.

What does the Association's Insurance policy cover?
The Property and Liability Insurance coverage for the Association covers all common areas/property. This includes the cabana/pool area. This does not cover any homeowner's personal property, such as roofs or any non-publicly owned entity.
